Important Payment Information

Payments are due for any dog walking service before service starts unless otherwise discussed prior to service start date.

Payment Frequency is First Day of the Month or Every Monday.

Pet Sitting Payments are due at Consultation for Pet Sitting Service to Hold your spot for requested service.

Payments can be made by Check, Money Order, Cash, Venmo, or your invoice portal on Time to Pet.

Returned Check Fee $35.00 and will be asked to pay cash for the remainder of our relationship

Late payment $10 per day til payment is received and maybe subject to termination.
Dog Walking During Holidays
Please note that all regular scheduled dog walking services will be cancelled on Federal Holidays. This time is used for the Pet Sitting schedules. If you are a regular dog walking client and need a walk scheduled during this time, you will be charged $20 per visit on top of your regular rate for the duration of your service.
Dog Walking during Inclement Weather
Please note that all regular scheduled dog walking services will be cancelled with Seattle Public School District snow policies. Please watch for your weather updates.
In the best interest of both your dog and your dog walker, walks will not be occurring if the temperature is below 25F or above 90F or high winds, heavy rain, thunder and lightning that could prevent from normal walking conditions. Your pet will be well cared for during the visit and get the attention, potty break and exercise through another source of fun provided by the care giver.

Discounts
All Referrals are noticed and will be granted a 10% discount for the referrer and the person referred to us for 1 week.

Paying for a Full-time/Full Month of (Monday-Friday) Services at the beginning of the Month will be discounted by 10%
